Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Racer applications and sponsorship-related features may have additional age, licensing, or eligibility requirements set by the championship or its partners.

• Provide accurate, current information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Notify us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One account per person. We may refuse, suspend, or remove accounts that appear to be duplicates, impersonations, or automated.

You agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that infringes anyone's rights.
• Impersonate another rider, team, partner, official, or any person or organization.
• Spam, scrape, reverse engineer, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the App, or use it to compete with us.
• Misrepresent eligibility, sponsorship, contingency status, or race credentials.
• Use the App to promote products or services that conflict with official championship partners without authorization.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

You keep ownership of the posts, comments, photos, videos, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant Tristar MX LLC and the Partzilla Arenacross championship a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute Your Content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the App and the championship — including in race recaps, social posts, and partner communications. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license and that Your Content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

Submitting a racer or partner application does not guarantee approval. We verify racer eligibility against the championship registration roster and may decline, revoke, or change role assignments at our discretion. Any badges, tier indicators, or contingency notations shown in the App are informational and do not by themselves create a contractual relationship between you and any sponsor, manufacturer, or the championship.

The App may surface sponsorship opportunities, OEM contingency programs, and partner offers. Those programs are run by the applicable brand or organization on their own terms. Tristar MX LLC is not a party to those agreements, does not pay contingency, and is not responsible for a brand's decision to approve, deny, or pay any award. Read the underlying program terms before participating.

Links surfaced anywhere in the App — partner cards, sponsor codes, OEM contingency programs, the Shop tab, partner profiles, and link previews inside posts — direct you to independent third-party websites operated by those companies. Tristar MX LLC does not run, host, process orders for, ship from, or otherwise operate any third-party site, and is not responsible for the content, pricing, availability, fulfillment, returns, warranty, or privacy practices of those sites. Discount codes and partner promotions are honored on the partner's own site under their own terms.

No in-app feature, badge, tier, content unlock, or service is gated on purchases you make on a partner's external site. Verification of racers and partners is performed by Tristar MX LLC against championship registration data — not by external transactions. The App does not offer auto-renewing digital subscriptions; partner discount codes and contingency awards relate to physical goods and offline programs run by the partner.

The App, the Partzilla Arenacross name, logos, championship marks, and all related design, copy, and software are owned by Tristar MX LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App except as expressly permitted. Third-party trademarks (e.g., manufacturer or sponsor logos) are the property of their respective owners and appear in the App for identification purposes only.

If you opt in to push notifications, we will send race-day alerts, application updates, and other messages tied to your account activity. You can disable push notifications at any time from your device or in /settings. We will continue to send transactional email (sign-in links, account decisions, and similar) as long as your account is active.

You can delete your account at any time from /settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if continued operation of the App with you as a user creates risk for us or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including content license, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that race data, schedules, or standings shown in the App are complete or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tristar MX LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tristar MX LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the App, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Where applicable, you and we each waive the right to a jury trial.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated date at the top and, for material changes, notify you in the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
